Had a tenancy for just over a year through Bartlett Hammond and had a great experience dealing with them, there was a couple of issues with the property in that time but their team handled everything to get it sorted, highly recommended.

Such a refreshing way to rent, Steve & Steven made everything so simple whilst making me feel confident at every stage of the process. Having a letting agent that has a really modern approach made our experience hassle free, for the first time I felt that the agent was working for me an my best interests and not trying to play both sides. I also would like to thank you most sincerely for your help and support for the last year it was a fresh start for me and i loved my apartment. :) And i really hope I can be your tenant again in future.
